This photo looks like a painting in pointillism style (dot painting movement) due to the use of the telelens at heavy rainfall. I was in the dry area where I saw the rain approaching :)
Red poppies are very well known in Ypres, Belgium, referring to the ones that grew over the graves of the fallen soldiers. Now worldwide the symbol for soldiers who have died in conflict.
