Focusonphoto.art processes your data since you are using our services and/or because you provides us yourself those data.
We process:

- Other personal data that you actively provides us, for instance in correspondence or by phone

Particular and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service has not the intention to gather information about website visitors younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We however cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16 years. So we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent collecting data about children, without parental permission. If you are convinced that we collected personal data of a minor without that permission, please contact us. You will need to provide a legal proof of identity in that case.
We will in that case take care of the removal of that information.
Automated decision making
Focusonphoto.art does not make automated processing based decisions that can have consequences for individuals. It concerns decisions taken by computer programs or -systems, without a human being involved.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website or send us images by other means (Email), you should avoid images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Anyone having access to those images can extract location data if they are present.

How long we retain your personal data
If you contact us by means of the contact form, we do NOT store your message in the database, in order to guarantee you the highest privacy.
If you contact us by means of the contact form, your message sent to us can remain indefinitely in our mailbox. This is so we can follow-up what has to be taken care of. In general however, we retain your personal data, E-mail or E-mail that doesn’t require any further attention no longer than necessary for realizing an objective.
Security logs are retained for 60 days.
Security Logs
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates.
